CAMERON-TAMARIN

That's right, the only word in the English language that rhymes with the word "Cameron" is "Tamarin."

Our little friend shown here is a Golden Lion Tamarin. Tamarins are squirrel-sized monkeys with "fiery" orange-gold fur. They eat fruit and also some gross stuff, like insects and small animals, and live in family groups among the trees of Brazil.

Scientists believe that there are more Tamarins alive in zoos than in the wild, which might actually keep Tamarins from vanishing from the world forever!

Find out all about the effort to save their rainforest home (and the future of all wild Tamarins) at The Golden Lion Tamarin Conservation Program site...and remember, without the Tamarins, the Camerons have no "rhyme or reason" to their name!
